Michael Caglia, M.D., FAAD is an experienced dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. He is a native of West Texas, though his studies have taken him all over the United States. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and graduated from medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His commitment to his studies saw him being inducted into the medical honor society during his second year.
Dr. Caglia completed an internal medicine internship at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD before going on to finish a one-year clinical research fellowship in pediatric dermatology at the University of California, San Diego. He supplemented these experiences with a one-year clinical research fellowship in psoriasis at the University of Utah. He finished his dermatology residency training at New York Medical College where he also served as chief resident during his final year.
Dr. Caglia is a frequent speaker, educator and luminary for Johnson & Johnson and other companies.
Today, Dr. Caglia specializes in treating and managing pediatric, adolescent and adult skin conditions, like atopic dermatitis (eczema), psoriasis, and skin cancer, as well as performing dermatologic surgery and a range of cosmetic dermatologic procedures.
New to town for an extended trip. My daughter referred me to this office. I had developed a large infected cyst on my back. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. Dr Caglia and nurse Gloria were phenomenal! They were caring and helpful and informative. My follow up with Anna and Dr Caglia went great also. Truly a great office and people from beginning to end! I highly recommend!

I saw Adriane Do she was awesome! I had a cyst in between my breast for about 2 years. My pcp sent me to derm to take care of it. Well it was a very good experience she took it out and there is no scares. Her and the nurse did an awesome job that I will gobsee her for other problems.
