Sheri Mayo, MPAS, PA-C

Sheri Mayo, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her undergraduate degree from Howard Payne University and graduated with honors from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.

Prior to focusing on dermatology, Sheri spent much of her career practicing family medicine and internal medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. She later pursued advanced training in dermatology through the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) Diplomate Fellowship, further strengthening her expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions.

Sheri is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and is passionate about helping patients throughout West Texas achieve and maintain healthy skin. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and believes education and collaboration are key components of successful treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Sheri enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years, their two daughters, and their families, including two amazing grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys quilting, a creative hobby that allows her to relax while blending artistry and precision.
